Document Checklist for ETIAS Application

Required documents and information:

• Biometric passport
  The passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the planned date of departure from the EU countries.
• Valid email address
  A confirmation of your ETIAS authorization will be sent to this address. Make sure you have access to it.
• Bank card (credit or debit)
  To pay the official fee of 20 euros.

Information to be provided in the application form:

• Personal data (full name, date and place of birth).
• Your passport details (number, dates of issue and expiry).
• Contact information (address, phone number).
• First country of entry to the EU.
• Answers to security and health questions.
